一、退換貨須知 Return & Exchange Instructions
十八子肉所有商品皆以 當日現宰溫體豬 製作,屬於鮮食肉製品,保存期有限。為確保食品安全與品質,僅提供出貨品項錯誤或商品瑕疵之換貨服務。
All Shíbāzǐ Pork products are made with same-day freshly slaughtered pork, which are perishable food items with limited shelf life. To ensure food safety and quality, we only accept exchanges for incorrect or defective items.
請您在收到商品後,務必於第一時間拆箱確認品項、數量與狀況是否與訂單相符。若有任何問題,請於 收到商品七日內 與我們聯繫。
Upon receiving your order, please check the items immediately to ensure the quantity and condition match your purchase. If any issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
以下情況恕無法受理退換貨:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
超過七日鑑賞期。
Exceeding the 7-day return period.
商品已拆封、食用,或因人為因素造成破壞、變質。
Items that have been opened, consumed, damaged, or spoiled due to improper handling.
外包裝或提袋因配送過程產生之輕微摺痕,未影響商品本身品質者。
Minor packaging dents or creases caused during delivery, not affecting product quality.
退貨商品包裝不完整,或缺少發票、贈品、配件。
Incomplete returns (missing packaging, invoice, gifts, or accessories).
惡意或大量退貨行為。
Malicious or bulk returns.
未先與客服聯繫而逕自將商品寄回。
Items returned without prior customer service approval.
因買家個人因素逾期未取貨,導致商品退回者:
Orders returned due to buyer’s failure to pick up on time:
若需再次配送,將酌收 $90 宅配運費。
A $90 delivery fee will be charged for reshipment.
若因逾期導致商品超過保存期限,恕不另行補寄,損失需由買家自行承擔。
If items expire due to overdue pickup, replacement will not be provided, and the buyer shall bear the loss.

二、換貨流程 Exchange Procedure
宅配(黑貓冷藏配送)
Home Delivery (TA-Q-BIN Refrigerated Service)
聯繫客服(頁面下方提供聯繫方式)。
Contact customer service (details at the bottom of this page).
經客服確認符合換貨條件後,請保留完整商品與發票。
After confirmation, keep the product and invoice intact.
提供收件時間、聯絡資訊與地址。
Provide preferred pickup time, contact info, and address.
將由本公司委託之物流(黑貓宅急便)前往回收。
Our logistics partner (TA-Q-BIN) will collect the item.
超商取貨(7-11 / 全家)
Convenience Store Pickup (7-11 / FamilyMart)
聯繫客服(頁面下方提供聯繫方式)。
Contact customer service (details at the bottom of this page).
經客服確認符合換貨條件後,我司將提供「7-11交貨便 / 全家店到店」QR Code。
After confirmation, we will provide a QR Code for “7-11 Delivery” or “FamilyMart Store-to-Store” return.
準備完整商品與發票。
Prepare the complete product and invoice.
至超商 ibon / FamiPort 掃描 QR Code 列印寄件單。
Use the ibon/FamiPort machine to scan the QR Code and print the shipping slip.
買家先行繳交 $60 運費將商品寄回,本公司於收到商品後,將 $60 運費返還至您指定帳戶。
The buyer pays $60 return shipping upfront. After we receive the product, we will refund the $60 shipping fee to your designated account.

三、退款說明 Refund Instructions
信用卡付款|Credit Card:確認收到退貨商品後,款項將刷退至原付款信用卡帳戶。
Refund will be processed back to the original credit card after we receive the returned product.
電子支付(LINE Pay / Apple Pay / 街口支付)|E-Payment (LINE Pay / Apple Pay / JKOPay):
確認收到退貨商品後,款項將退回至原電子支付錢包或綁定銀行帳戶。
Refund will be processed back to your e-wallet or linked bank account.
貨到付款|Cash on Delivery:確認收到退貨商品後,將以銀行轉帳方式退款至您指定帳戶。
Refund will be made via bank transfer to your designated account.
